Dr. Tom Valdivia works with mission-driven organizations in areas of system innovation, leadership, governance, corporate strategy, operations, and health equity. He is an accomplished executive with three decades of diverse experience founding, building, managing, and selling companies in health IT, provider accountable care services, integrated care delivery and financing, consumer health, and health benefits sectors. He has served in governance and oversight roles at the board level for over fifteen years. Dr. Valdivia currently serves as the Chair of Earned Wealth’s Doctor Advisory Council and advises several startup companies as a senior advisor. He serves on the board of SSM Health and Intermountain Homecare and Hospice.
Dr. Vik Bakhru, MD, MBA

Dr. Bakhru is a practicing physician and senior executive. He currently serves as President & CEO of Innovista Health Solutions, a management services organization that enables independent physicians to engage, support and manage populations in new value-based savings and shared-risk models. Prior to Innovista, Vik served as Chief Health Officer for Circulo Health, a managed Medicaid insurance company providing tech-enabled, world-class care to the nation’s most underserved. He is Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children. Vik holds a B.A. in Economics/B.S. in Biology from The Columbian College of Arts & Sciences of The George Washington University, an M.D. from The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Dane A. Hassani, MD

Dr. Hassani attended Cornell University where he studied biology and chemistry and worked in campus information technology. He then went to Rush University in Chicago for medical school and internship, and completed anesthesiology residency at the University of Washington. After nearly 15 years in private practice, Dr. Hassani now works at University of Chicago and is adjunct faculty at the University of Arizona. He also has experience in the locum tenens industry and is involved in a medical device startup. He is passionate about Earned Wealth as financial planning is something in which doctors have no formal training. Dr. Lage is a medical oncologist specializing in the care of patients with genitourinary cancers. In his outpatient clinic, he takes care of patients with prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular cancer. His research interests include enhancing quality of life and managing side effects in patients with genitourinary cancers, integrating patient-reported outcomes and telehealth into patient care, and designing novel interventions to improve transitions of care from hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and patients’ homes. He is an investigator in the Cancer Outcomes Research and Education program at MGH and is leading several trials focused on improving the experience and outcomes of patients with cancer.

Dr. M. Mohsin Shah is a multi-faceted neurosurgeon with extensive training in his practice. He is Board Certified in Neurology and board eligible in Neurosurgery. His practice encompasses Neurotrauma, stroke, and complex brain and spine surgery. Dr. Shah received his medical degree from the University of Peshawar, then underwent residency training in Neurology at the University of California in Irvine. Pursuing his interest in stroke and neurotrauma, Dr. Shah completed fellowships in neurocritical care at the University of California in Los Angeles and Interventional Neuroradiology at Portland Neurovascular Center in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Shah subsequently pursued a formal neurosurgery residency at the University of Louisville. There, he gained extensive experience in complex spine surgery with renowned surgeons at the Leatherman Spine Institute and a fellowship in Cerebrovascular and skull base surgery at the renowned Swedish Neuroscience Institute in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Shah currently practices and resides in Orange County, CA with his wife and three children.

Dr. Nwando Anyaoku is a physician executive, speaker, coach and consultant based in Seattle Washington. A pediatrician by training, she serves as the Chief Health Equity Officer for Providence Swedish Health Services. In this capacity, she works with clinical and community leaders to advance equity in healthcare, and culturally competent care delivery. She is also a great advocate for protecting and elevating health equity through technology and digital innovation. Dr. Anyaoku is committed to leadership development and supporting physicians and executives on their leadership journey. She has several years of experience as a mentor and coach to executives, especially diverse leaders, and is a much sought-after speaker and executive coach. Through the different aspects of her work, Dr. Anyaoku pursues her life’s purpose to help people and communities bloom where they are planted. Dr. Maria Young Chandler, MD, MBA, FAAP

Dr. Chandler, MD, MBA is a clinical professor in pediatrics and has worked with medical students and residents her entire career. She launched the MD/MBA dual degree program at the University of California, Irvine and served as the director for 20 years. She was also founder and president of the Association of MD/MBA Programs nationally, providing medical students an opportunity to obtain business training at over half of all medical schools. Dr. Chandler currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer of a Federally Qualified Health Center in southern California and has for over 30 years. She is a governing board member of a Health Plan, and is on the Board of Trustees and held an elected position at a Children’s Hospital. Dr. Chandler has served as primary investigator for many research projects and has published multiple peer reviewed articles. She earned her B.S. and M.D. degrees as well as completed her pediatric residency at the University of California, Irvine. She received her MBA degree from Pepperdine University in California. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She resides in Sunset Beach, California with her husband.

Dr. Saadi has been part of the Dallas Bone & Joint Clinic since 1999, an orthopedic group present in the Dallas area since 1973. Currently he is the sole member and owner.
